Art Nouveau Pig Cross Stitch Pattern

$6.52 USD

Vintage Nouveau Design

Looking for something stylish and retro to stitch for your favourite wall? We think you’ll love the simplicity of our black and white pig.

Description

Our Art Nouveau pig cross stitch pattern was inspired by a 1920s woodcut by Dutch artist Julie de Graag.

We just love the artist’s minimalist approach to the design especially the simple lines and dots that indicate grass underfoot.

It’s a quick and easy project, if you don’t mind using black Aida cloth.

The Project

We specially designed this cross stitch project for 14 count black Aida. It measures  24.9 x 19cm (3,350 stitches) and only requires 2.5 skeins of DMC white thread.

The shining white thread against the pitch black Aida cloth has a luminous effect, and the finished piece looks simply stunning on a black canvas tote or other dark background.

PLEASE NOTE: your download pack contains an extra chart that has been specially formatted for Pattern Keeper App. We recommend using Pattern Keeper to manage your cross stitch projects.
