Description
A random Jeepney passenger with amazing eyes and a hand painted tee, inspired this monochrome anime by Ilonggo artist Marvin Monfort.
Now you can stitch his street smart fashionisto in DMC black on simple white Aida.
The Project
Boy in Jeepney cross stitch pattern measures 22.9cm x 53.3cm (5,907 stitches) when stitched on 14 count white Aida cloth. The project is NOT full coverage so you’ll only need black thread.
PLEASE NOTE: your download pack incudes an extra chart that has been specially formatted for Pattern Keeper App. We recommend using PK to manage your cross stitch projects.
The Boy
In Montfort’s own words …
I was on my way to teach yoga class when a young man happened onto the same Jeepney (an open air public transport system in the Philippines). He had the most amazing eyes and his tee must have featured his fave character, because it seems he painted it.
