Cross Stitch Seaside Mystery

How about cross stitching a young girl reading a message she found in a bottle along the seashore?

Description

Message From the Sea cross stitch pattern captures all the mystery and excitement of finding a bottle along the seashore — then opening it and discovering a written message inside. This beautiful project is a replica of the 1884 painting by Sir John Everett Millais.

The Project

This is a full coverage cross stitch that measures 34.5cm x 49.3cm (190 x 272 stitches) when completed on 14 count Aida cloth. You’ll need 131 different DMC colours and a few months to complete your project. What we think you’ll love about this piece is the excellent texture, detail and resemblance to the original artwork.
