Description
Mrs Tittlemouse’s Party cross stitch was inspired by the final illustration in Beatrix Potter’s famous book. The super-tidy Mrs Tittlemouse is hosting a party to celebrate her sparkling clean house and newly renovated front door — just small enough to keep Mr Jackson’s dripping feet on the outside. She’s still a generous little mouse though, and happily provides the old frog with sweet cups of honey-dew through the window.
The Project
This is an absolutely lovely cross stitch project that looks just like the original illustration — without the need for backstich. We’ve freshened up the colours so Mrs Tittlemouse and her party guests all look sharp and bright.
The finished piece measures 26.5cm x 28.1cm when stitched on 14 count Aida cloth, but you’ll only be completing 20,692 stitches. There is an extra chart for Pattern Keeper in your download pack which imports seamlessly into the App.
