Description
Radishes and French Beans cross stitch pattern is a replica of Beatrix Potter’s drawing of Peter Rabbit tucking into the produce from Mr McGregor’s vegetable patch. He looks like he’s having a lovely old time.
FIRST he ate some lettuces and some French beans; and then he ate some radishes;
AND then, feeling rather sick, he went to look for some parsley.
The Project
This is NOT full coverage cross stitch so you’ll only be stitching the mischievous Peter gobbling down Mr McGregor’s radishes alongside a little red songbird.
The finished piece measures 26.1cm x 30.5cm when stitched on 14 count Aida cloth, but you’ll only be completing 20,285 stitches. The pattern works perfectly with Pattern Keeper App and there are NO backstitches.
Matching Charts
Radishes and French Beans cross stitch is the last chart in a set of four. You’ll find more of Peter’s playful adventures as well as Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cotton-tail in our Peter Rabbit Series. The finished pieces are great for painted wood frames and canvas tote bags.
