Sleeping Cat Cross Stitch Pattern

$6.72 USD

Cross stitch for cat lovers

Do you love cats as much as we do? How about cross stitching this minimalist Art Nouveau moggie. It’s a great design for tote bags and casual accessories.

Description

Sleeping cat cross stitch was inspired by a 1917 woodcut design by Dutch painter and graphic artist Julie de Graag.

It’s a simple design of a sleeping cat, and we just love the artist’s minimalist approach and clever use of line.

What’s awesome about this project is the single colour — white thread stitched on black Aida cloth. The pure white on black really pops, so this one has a definite ‘wow’ factor.
